We at Mount of Olives - Christlike Living Ministries are looking for Part time / Full time ministers to do various ministries.
Number of vacancies: 5 Full time positions and 4 Part time positions
The ministry responsibilities includes
1. Managing our Facebook, Blogger and social media pages
2. Creating ministries footprint in newer social media
3. Creating innovative opportunities to spread the Word of God
4. Forming small groups of Bible Study and Co-ordinating with the groups to achieve the workers for the "Big Harvest"
Keys skills required
1. A full time minister MUST be a Born-again baptized Christian. New Christians are welcome to apply for part-time assignments under the Full time ministers / elders. These are not a secular work positions.
2. We believe in Heavenly Father leading us, as he led Jesus. (John 5:19) So a spiritually anointed person is a pre-requisite.
3. It is preferred that the person knows Good English for managing the social media and basic Tamil for verbal communication.
4. Though we prefer people within Tamilnadu, India, the person's Location is not a constraint. This work can be done from anywhere in the world, as long as the person could reach out to groups through social media and / or Phone or emails and achieve the required results.
5. Good people skills and leadership skills is a must for Full-time positions.
6. Assist in Publishing of books written for the Glory of God.
Remuneration
We believe in Jesus' words, "A worker is worth for his wages."
However being a religious organization we maximize our spends on Gospel spreading, Bible study and Outreach. Hence we urge the ministers to follow the example laid in Bible.
Jesus was a carpenter by profession and History states that he took care of his family. There are records in the gospel that Mary, Jesus' mother, travelled with him during the ministerial visits as well. Also Apostle Paul clearly states that he did not enforce himself as a burden but lived his living through tent-making. Though the ministry from its restricted sources of funds, will fund the events, wages of the worker, it is expected of the minister to take only what is required from the Ministry funds and try to meet most of their expenses through "Tent-making".
For part-time positions we urge the ministers to earn their living through "Tent-making"
For full time positions based out of Tamil Nadu, India we will take care of food and accomodation expenses. A nominal Honararium will be offered for Full time positions.
Expectations
As we are at the end times, we as Christian ministers are to encourage the flock to consume the Word of God and become an obeying Child of God. First be ready for the HARVEST and then prepare others for the HARVEST is our motto. An obeying child of God and the one who wants to hear the Holy Spirits commission and follow that with whole heart, with a come what may commitment and conviction.
